General description
Immobilon®-PSQ膜是由聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)制成的0.2 μm微孔膜。該產(chǎn)品是為了蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)合而開發(fā)的。Immobilon®-PSQ膜推薦用于電泳凝膠電泳蛋白（或純化蛋白樣品的點結(jié)合）后的直接蛋白測序和免疫檢測，特別是分子量小于20,000的蛋白。該濾膜兼容儲水罐和半干法電印跡系統(tǒng)。
